The Good Life: Front Porch View

Outfit Detail: Peplum top Kohls, Sheer CAbi, Jeans Big Star, Shoes Keen, Jewelry lia, Sunnies Unknown

This is another installment of "The Good Life".  If you were not here last Monday, the post was about "A Day in the Good Life".  Meaning, living in Nebraska:  check it out here.

This week is about your "Front Porch View".  Honestly, I don't have a fabulous view.  I live in a neighborhood with many, many houses.  When I look outside, all I see is siding...lol!  I tried to make this post as creative as I could with what I've been given.  One good thing about our neighborhood, is that it is young. There are not many grown trees so when I look outside I see the beautiful sky.  Today it is stormy (or going to be).  We can see a storm approaching anytime and sometimes the sky is pretty spectacular.  The flip side, on a clear night you can see the stars for miles.  Make a wish on that shooting star...star light, star bright

When we sit on our front porch, which is often, I look at my pretty weeping mulberry tree.  Right now it is just starting to bloom but in a few it will be overflowing with weeping leaves.  I love it!

I also have a pineapple on my front door.  If you didn't know, it means "Welcome!"

Onto the outfit:  I wanted to dress my tennis shoes up.  I think the green is pretty unique so I paired it with a peplum top and some fancy jewels.  I love to add unexpected elements to my ensembles.  I think this does!

Click above to see what other front porch views look like.  Pretty Awesome...If you ask me!

One more thing:  Tomorrow I am choosing someone to get some free gently, worn clothing.  If you are interested click this link to see how.

Right now, only one person is in the running so the odds are really good for everyone!

Happy Hump Day!
